• The Hillsdale County ISD Human Resource Department as a team is committed to providing a welcoming environment to support all staff as well as district programs and services as related to HR functions.  The department's major responsibilities include but are not limited to: 




    • Serving as a resource for employees and administrators 
    • Maintaining all employee records and administering benefits
    • Recruiting efforts 
    • Coordinating employee coverage due to absence, leaves, and job vacancies
    • Assisting in employee relations issues and contract administration 
    • County liaison to vendor employing substitute teachers 
    • Orientation and onboarding of employees
    • Maintaining time-off data and annual updates
