Domestic Harmony's Denim Day
Wednesday, April 24th, 2024. Domestic Harmony is asking local employers to help them recognize April as Sexual Assault Awareness month. As part of that effort we are asking people to break the dress code and the silence on April 24th and wear denim to work.
Domestic Harmony is asking for a small donation when you wear denim on April 24th to show your support to victims of Sexual Assault. Your donations support services for domestic and sexual assault survivors: free counseling, support groups, legal services and our 24-hour hotline. Donations also help with everyday expenses associated with providing emergency shelter for victims of domestic and sexual violence.
