PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Hillsdale County Intermediate School District is requesting sealed bids for the sale of real property located at 10 Windswept Lane, Hillsdale, MI. The real property is a brand new home situated on a .42 acre parcel of land in Three Meadows subdivision.
The Construction Trades program at the Hillsdale Area Career Center is part of the Hillsdale County ISD. Please visit www.hillsdale-isd.org for all pertinent documents. Bidding closes at 12:00 PM, May 12, 2021. Sealed bids will be opened at 12:00 PM, May 12, 2021, in Belinda Shaffer’s Office, CFO, at the Hayes Building, 310 W. Bacon Street, Hillsdale, MI.
