PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Hillsdale County Intermediate School District is requesting sealed bids for the "North Administration Lot Repaving" located at 310 W. Bacon  Street, Hillsdale, MI.  

Bidding closes at 12:00 PM, January 6, 2022.  Sealed bids will be opened at 12:01 PM, January 6, 2022, at the Hayes Building, 310 W. Bacon Street, Hillsdale, MI.   


Hillsdale County ISD, Hillsdale Michigan, will receive proposals from qualified contractors for North Administration Lot Repaving, located 310 W. Bacon Street, Hillsdale, MI 49242. The Owner will enter into one contract with the successful Paving Contractor, who will be fully responsible for coordination of all required work between all trades. Proposals must be mailed or delivered in person to Belinda Shaffer at Hillsdale County ISD, 310 W. Bacon Street, Hillsdale Michigan.  All proposals must be sealed in envelopes, plainly labeled “North Administration Lot Repaving” and must be received prior to 12:00 P.M., local time, on Thursday, January 6, 2022.  The Board of Education shall not accept a bid that does not include a sworn and notarized familial relationship disclosure statement and an Affidavit of Compliance – Iran Economic Sanctions Act. Bidding Documents may be viewed via GMB’s website under “Bid Sets”.  Bidding Documents will be available after Wednesday December 1, 2021.
